Steinwall are a Home Improvement Agency dedicated to supporting independent living via essential disabled adaptations.
Survey / Design
We carry out measured surveys and produce Works Schedules and Technical Drawings and including costs where required. We also engage other suppliers and can obtain quotations for services or products on your behalf.
Feasibility Survey / Report
We undertake Feasibility surveys and subsequently provide reports to determine if works can be achieved in a certain space or to determine the most viable options for a space. This is often done in conjunction with an Occupational Therapist.
Consultancy
We offer Consultation to organisations and teams involved in the delivery of home adaptations and look at ways to be more efficient with existing resources or how output can be increased.
Project Management
We can manage your project from the initial idea or from when the initial 'need' arises, right through to final completion of the work. We will work closely with the builder on your behalf, ensuring the project is delivered as you require but also within the confines of budget and health and safety.
Technical Drawings
We produce professional technical drawings for any domestic construction project, which can also be used for both Planning Approval and Building Control Approval. This does not have to be specifically related to Adaptation work in any way as you may simply wish to build an extension for extra space.
We also offer a service where we prepare and submit any Statutory requirements for your project as required (Planning and Building Control Approval)
